This is strictly an issue of when, not if. In the end, Jeff always comes through.

The last guy who operated like that was permanently banned from Rennlist.

This guy sounds like the same type.

i didnt read the entire thread, but i can relate to the stupid busy.

I am in the landscape (seasonal business) and there are long stretched where i am so busy that things outside of my work life get postponed, sometimes for long periods.

I have also been guilty of ignoring someone, not because i am really ignoring them, but because i know what they are contacting me about, but dont have the answer they want and i will put off answering thinking that tomorrow ill make myself do whatever i am supposed to do then contact them with the good news that i have taken care of my part....

Hasn't happened often, but it has happened, so i can totally relate.

he seems like a good guy

This post seems to be about opinions regarding Jeff, so FWIW, I will offer mine: I have met Jeff on several occasions and he is a good guy who has gone far out of his way to help others. I do not know what the reasons for the communication problems are, but I believe that he will resolve them appropriately.

HTH,

Bob

Hi everyone. Thanks for helping me to get in contact with Jeff. He ended up overnight-ing the package to me so everything ended up working out in the end.

Back with time to be here..

I can own that I space **** a lot, and I did here. Once back from Asia and vegas, I got the box out overnight...just spaced it...no ill intent.

I can have someone next door to me, and I'll get lost in the head too.

The 'easy' button is my shipping dept at work, they suck, but when they said they didnt do intl, then I had to remember to make time to get to fedex. Again, space agent mohler here.

Glad it got resolved...
Just to add for future prospective readers...

Speedtoys supplied me with some parts earlier this year for a "deal I could not refuse" and worked with me to arrange transport of the items because I live 400 miles away.

One-time transaction but the guy was quick to respond and helpful/understanding.

If this were eBay, I'd say "Great Seller fast shipping A+++".

Except, admittedly, the orbital moments...not always A+.
