Here's a nice yellow 82-83-ish shark. I haven't seen many yellow ones. There was a guy campaigning a yellow shark like this in 928 time trials about two years ago, but his got a 944 racer now. Dunno if it's the same car, but I think it is...

RS's are a dime a dozen in South Africa. Very popular. This one is perhaps the best example. Used to belong to the ex 'el presidente' of the SA Porsche club and's got a race history as long as your arm...

And then there's this thing - We call it the 'Black Mamba'. G-Series 2.7 RS bored out to 2.9 with RSR pistons etc. Good for +/- 230hp. Used to belong to one of my mates, a mad German by name of Olly Boecker who recently emigrated to OZ.
Olly sold this car to another mate of mine, Dries.
Now I have to take a minute here and tell you Dries' story. Picture Dries hurtling down the highway in his nippy 911 one sunny Saturday afternoon... Some junky runs accross the highway. Dries collects him and the junky comes flying through the windscreen, hits Dries smack bang in the face.
Dries wakes up in hospital, blinded for life. Imagine that. Now get this - Not only is Dries blind, he also picked up HIV from the junkie's blood during the accident.
Never-the-less, you will not meet another happy go lucky guy in your life. Since the accident Dries qualified as an accountant through a blind school, bought a white 928 and Olly's Black Mamba. He also owns a R90 BMW bike, planning to buy a R1150GS soon, owns a Citroen Pallas, a 2CV and 2 vintage tracktors. And how does he get to enjoy all his toys? He gets his wife, or guys like you and me to drive him around.
Anyway, here are pictures of the Mamba...
The guy in the yellow shirt is Dries. That's his wife on the left. The guy looking straight at the camera is Mario from M&R Motors. Mario drove Dries around Kaylami in the Black Mamba on this occasion.
