I am not familar with transitor ignition unit but will look into it and by green wire do you mean the $100+ green wire? I hear fuel pump and in past had fuel pump run 100% of the time with same results. Tach works. If it runs on carb cleaner then it has to be fuel related in my mind but maybe my mind is not working. No pulse with NOID LIGHT means something is not telling them to pulse I guess but no idea whatthat is. Thanks

There is another green wire that goes from the TIU to the ignition control unit, BUT if your tach is pulsing that is probably good. Yes its probably fuel related, but is it lack of fuel getting to the injectors, or injectors not firing? Not firing is the most obvious solution.
If you unplug any injector and turn on ignition you will see 12v on both pins. That is correct. The control unit pulls one of the pins to near ground to fire the injectors, which are in pairs. If you are seeing 12v on both pins then the AFC relay XVI is good, and at least the control unit is connected up! That leaves all the sensors on the other side of the control unit, none of which will cause a complete failure to start and run, albeit very badly. I'm leaning towards a bad control unit at this point, lets see what others say.

Do tell! I was just reviewing the wiring diagram. Relay? Bad connection at CE panel?

It's the solutions that are the most interesting.

I will try to make this short but if somone is using this later you must ready every word to understand.

1. I had many problems to fix before the final fix!!!!!
2. I checkex ground and cleaned good
3. Replaced terminals as seen in pics
4. I put a temp ground on this ground days ago
5. Today I put another temp ground here and YES YES YES
6. NOID tool flashed and car ran

THANKS to all for the help and anyone in future have the RESPECT to report your final results because a curious mind wants to know!

Final ground connection.

2 terminals on left was on car when it arrived. 1 terminal on right was installed by me after removing other 2 terminals.
