Bright yellow 87 S4 on BAT, represented as a windows-out respray from the original color. AT and limited slip. Love the look, I bid on it when it was on e-bay but it did not meet reserve there.

^^^When I saw that red 85 on BaT, all I could think about was that Neil Young song sung by Nicolette Larson back in the 70's. You know which one I mean

The color is ‘yellow rose’, a Lexus color. The owner told me when I bid on this car on ebay. It was not done by the current owner, it was the PO. So not much info other than that.

Speed yellow would look better, and without the side strips. I passed on the car because I’d probably have to repaint the whole damn thing again anyways. Owner mentioned he’d accept $14k. I think he’s just tired of selling it, it’s been on the market for months

Red face

Otto: "School Bus Yellow" I'd be happy to see it if it if you bring it to Hershey.

How much room in your garage? I'm going to ask about your garage whenever I can, Jealousy it is.

Hi - yep, this is my recent project and it was a lot of fun. I'm quite happy with how it turned out and its a pleasure to drive. Hopefully it goes to someone who appreciates a nice, unmolested early car with the maintenance caught up. They are getting darn hard to find.

Yes, and also Old Bugger, and Old Body. All references to the original body style, up to 1980 (generally pre-S), although over the years., some expanded it to include everything using the same body style, up through 1986. The best answer is the pre-S, clean style (no spoilers, etc).

Some only consider '78 and '79s OBs.
