When was the catalystic converter option introduced? Also, is it a convertible or not?

During a single cataclysmic event, the catalystic converter has been known to convert catalyzed cataclysms into convertible catalysts ... so the ad could be accurate.

The water didn't even get high enough to reach the doors. Odd that they would total it for such minimal damage.

Could make a great driver for some one as the electronics were well above the water line
