I guess the seller ran out of film after 3 pics or had a front end crash.

Otto: you didn't need all that _______________ [yard] [parking space] [BBQ] anyway.

Another possibility is to flaunt your local zoning regs. and make nice with neighbors. Locally they tend to ignore violations unless someone complains. A neighbor had frozen pipes this Feb. They decided to do major renovations including windows etc., and brought in a long trailer to live in during same. Parking a trailer other than behind an enclosure or fence, let alone living out of it is a non-no. They sent postcards to all explaining their plight in hopes no one would complain.

One of our local members here in BC has his car up on pcarmarket.com. '87 5-speed with LSD and sport seats. Some of you may have seen the car around at PNWR events.

The wheel wells and engine compartment are incredible .....not to mention the paint and interior. This checks all the boxes may be the best in the world. I don't think the price is that far out of line for "best in existence " type quality. I know of what was surely the best 88 M6 with a few less miles than this car. The buyer wanted the best example and offered paid silly money (more than $250k) for that museum piece. It was not even for sale at the time.
It's a better investment than paying $500k to get you kid the ticket into USC!! It's a crazy world.

I didn’t bother to read-through the (German) description, but
- that 928 has been restored. It has been repainted. It is neither in “original” condition nor restored to factory appearance.
- low-mileage mechnical odometer is always suspect. Trip odo at 000 makes it more suspect.

I’m not saying it isn’t pretty or that it isn’t well-executed or that it shouldn’t fetch a nice sum.

For whatever reason “collectors” place a premium on low mileage and “original condition” and this car may be TMU and is, objectively, not ‘original.’

Default '95 black 5spd on BaT

One somewhat hesitation I have regarding this car is, who is Rennsmith? Anybody know about their on 928? Being in northeast and has a collector's piece, why not send it to New England for @worf928 or @Mrmerlin or @elgreco ?

Water pump that is charged $350 makes me think it is a GEBA unit and not Laso.

Anyway, I would sell all my 928 ('89 GT, '87 5 spd, Jubilee 5 spd etc) for this car.
