I think it may be underpriced (but again, no one's buying) if the service records are good and no accident history. Surprised it's still available. Offer $18k and see where it lands, $20k and they may bite.

While at Sharktoberfest, Mark Anderson had a white on maroon S4 Auto that was VERY clean but had TBF for $7500 asking. buy and engine from him and install it and you have a pretty nice clean car for around 10-12K depending what you buy it for and what else you find.
