I registered and booked hotel in Banner Elk.
Would be up for meeting in Waynesboro. Last time I went down, met up with Kevin and others there but we went down 81 to 77 and stopped in Fancy Gap, which has a great deli for lunch.
Then we took BRP from Fancy Gap to Banner Elk. It's frustrating doing the BRP from MM1, I liked it better doing the leg from Fancy Gap to Banner Elk on BRP.
I may be heading down earlier in the week, maybe Monday or Tuesday to get some golf in.
Will check this thread to see what pans out.

... And that ride from Fancy Gap to Banner Elk was the best ride ever in my 928!
Beautiful road and scenery. No traffic at all and great weather.
Thanks guys for that perfect day.
The best way to start a SITM weekend!

I live 45 minutes away from the the top of fancy gap. I will try to join in on the leg from there to Banner Elk.
I have never went that way on the BRP. Sounds like fun.

I'm very interested in joining the group from Toronto. I have wanted to go to SITM for several years so looking forward to going for first time this year. I live in Woodstock Ontario but would meet up on the US side of the border.
