Ruisteves,
Your model might differ, but installing MSDS headers will preclude you from doing any kind of clutch work inside the lower bell housing without loosening or removing at least one of the headers. (My favorite and the easier one to loosen is the right side one, BTW)
The power gains can make MSDS worth it, but you should at least know the downside.
Great looking car, BTW!

hey guys... the preservation continues... had lots more work done, lots of bits and pieces. came across a spare set of teledials so i got them painted white.
she's running like a dream... still quite a few bits and pieces to sort out but she's coming along nicely...
If anyone has got a good spare centre console bezel - I am looking for one!

Beautiful machine.
For a finishing touch grab some 32mm bolt on bolt on spacers for the rear wheels,
it will kick the rear wheels out to fill out the lines,
HnR in Gerrmany makes them

..,OR you get get some 16” phone dials off of an 86 944 turbo to bring the wheel out. Deeper dish and no spacers needed. They have to be from an 86 turbo only.

I am the guy working on a reproduction for the center console bezel, both 1-hole and 3-hole versions. Here is the thread for the project. It's been a while but I finally have some more time to dedicate to it. I hope to have these ready to offer later in the summer.

First off, killer 928! Those pictures are great. Continental Orange is definitely in my top 3 favorite colors.

Very nice and am sure the process has been rewarding. Just curious on the approximate investment so far...pictures look priceless.
I will take one of the posters when you make them...the one with it on the lift. No Joke...pretty sure there is a solid market for that image on a poster.
