Bertrand, I have the Mich Pilot super Sports as well ( just purchased) 10" in the rear, 8" in the front. The 235's in the front are perfect but I downsized to a 275 x 18 in the rear and it made a huge difference in ride and especially road noise.
You also get a much better tread wear and life guarantee from Mich.
The grip on these is nothing short of incredible.
Lon
( my previous tires were Bridgestones)

I was very impressed to see such a beautiful car.
I still have the pictures that Luc took for you there...

They'll be fine to use up, but your speedo will be slightly off (low).
When you do go to replace them, go with 265/35-R18's.

That was the plan Mark, but...
I know that the speedo will be off by about 6% with the 265/40 compare to the stock wheels and tires.
But with the 245/45-16 tires, the speedo was also off by about 6%. But faster.
So, it should be better with the new (to me) wheels and tires.
I'll check this with my GPS.
I will also adjust the ride height correctly.
If everything's good with the 265/40, I might stick with the same size to have as much side wall rubber as possible. We'll see.
Is it a good idea or not at all?
What do you think?
