Tony,
Thanks so much for posting this.
I am very fond of this particular color, and I think the 928 looks brilliant in this paint.
It reminds me somehow of older hues used in VWs... my father had a 65 Bug that had a
similar paint.
On the same theme, I have always wondered what a 928 would look like in the old 356 colors,
especially Meissen Blue, etc etc.
Again thanks.
Dan

No problem Daniel. IIRC Dinsdale renamed this color "Flesh" ha-ha. This beauty also listed here:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-928-...m=161924612064 T

I like it as well. The feeling seems to be popular already over 10k on Ebay with 5 days left.

Amazing example

GREAT period correct color reflecting back on the 40's and 50's colors.
I like it as well. Very much in fact......

The Mancuso dealership has it for sale for 29 and the Talbot yellow for about 8,000 less.

I love the subtle colors as they definitely give the shape of the car it's fullness; it's richness.

I like the pinstripe- would that have been a factory option?

I wonder about that as well. My '79 has it and I always wondered if that was original or a sign of respray and an artistically inclined painter. On mine, it is painted, not a tape.

No on the pinstripes.

Porsches never came from the hallowed halls Zuffenhausen wearing pinstripes. They are all figments of an overactive and greedy dealer's imagination, trying to 'Americanize' a car to move it off the floor.
