Yes, don't mix agents. It's not the ethylene glycol, but the additives the can react with each other.

I see NO use for Water Wetter in a street driven cars with the proper coolant and distilled water mixture.
Water Wetter is for track driven cars, with ZERO coolant, and water only. This is for proper track safety, and for fast & efficient track clean-ups in the event of fluid loss and accidents.
Save your money on a street car, and spend it on good quality Porsche coolant.

I like it and I'll keep using it on the street and on the track, as I've never see any ill effects (blackish residue) and do agree on Track use, distilled water and water wetter is what i've done too.
It makes water wetter

Zerex can be a bit tough to find locally. I'm now relying on Amazon to get it to me without hassle. Here's a great post/article for you to sink your teeth into as to why Zerex G-05 is the coolant of choice.

I got mine from Amazon too...although I later saw it in the local Wal-Mart!

Thanks Terry and all! Lots of interesting information to consider.
Looks like I'll be off to Walmart to get Zerex G-05 and some DI water.
All the best,
Joe

Easy to find--just find the nearest saltwater aquarium store. I have RO/DI - 5 gallons is $8.00.

Ha ha that's true, I make that stuff every time I need to top off the reef tank...but I'm not sure it's really necessary for this purpose? It's a lot easier to buy a couple gallons of distilled at the grocery store...
