Curious to see if anyone has used hair trimmers to clean up the ends of their car's interior carpet. My cut pile is looking more like 70s ****.

Just found this purpose made clipper guard for Oster clippers to shave carpets:

Instead of shaving the pile to "de-clump" it try getting it really clean including getting all the soap residue out. Then give it a gentle brushing with a very fine bristled brush that you would use to brush a cat or dogs fur. This has produced good results for me as long as I go GENTLE with the brushing.

It's a comfort to know that I'm surrounded by others just as juvenile as myself.
