Ok, now i tested belt tensioning without the tensioner nose spring and the results were quite good, well, at least better than earlier.
I adjusted the tension to the middle of the kemph scale and tension was quite stabile most of the time, if i measured the tension 6 times, only 1 time was bit different than the others and that one measurement that was diffrent was either 1/4 scale lower or higher from the middle but alltough much better than with the spring.
I did't count how many times i turned the engine to TDC, but enough to say that the average result was that.
At the same time i tried to measure camgears and oil pump gear with my electric caliber that do i find any changes relating to gear position (if the axle in bend the gear is bit diffrent position), 1/4 turn and measure. Well this type of measuring is not accurate enough so i have to have dialgauge? (i don't know is this the right English word) wich i can put to axle and check is there wobble.
There may be a 0,08mm change in oilpump gear position (vertical) wich may mean that pump axle is not quite straight.

I did found also something useful from the oil pump gear (picture). I think that i need a new gear also...

Hello again,

Problems are solved and the car is running.
- The changes of the belt tension was not related of the belt itself, there were somekind of stuck in tensioner nose, i moved it back and forward lots of times and it suddenly started to get the grouding and the tension stabilized at the same time. I dismanteled the system couple of times and put it back on again, tension and the alarm were both ok. It bit bothers that i don't know what caused this but the belt tension is now under surveillance.
- The belt wobbling on the cam gears: i have a conti belt and my friend noticed that the belt widht is not same at every part of the belt! We measured the previous belt that i had on and the belt that is on now and there were 0,4mm changes of the widht of both belts.
So when i turn the engine it seemed that belt is not steady.

Now when the car is running the forward edge of the belt goes straight and the engine side "wobbles"
I tried to get the Gates belt but the local importer said that the 5098XS is no longer availaible, is it???

Thank you all for help at this but i think that the main problem in this case was me, amateur and 928 is not a good mix

Next issue is the viscous fan and it's cluch but it's a another story.

Yes, the Gates belt is very available. I put one on Friday and saw a stack of about 100 at Rogers place.
