Super cool!
i bought a set from some one about 15 yrs ago on EBAY, they had the S4 with it. Should be an easy thing to add/create?. Looks great in the garage. I would like to see "PORSCHE" made also. Could then powder coat them whatever color.

Tony,

Another good extension to the product line. Could be a good seller if Carl has a great powder coat guy nearby with Porsche color chips for reference...

Or are the colors available digitally and plug and play?

All good!

We have our own powder coat oven in the building. That's how we do intake manifold refurbs for customers. I haven't priced this addition (to have your letters painted), but it shouldn't be too bad.

Lets return to the garage thread. If you guys want more info on the Porsche letters or painting them, PM me or email me.
Or I could start a thread just on these numbers alone if there is a lot to talk about.

Thank you for your interest!

Great to see the thread providing a little inspiration for improving the garages out there! A Martini stripe should look awesome with the grey!

Where are you putting it?

I have been trying to figure out what to do with my floor as well. At 4,000 sq ft. it is going to be a bit pricy and time consuming. In the meantime, just focused on cleaning.

Default garage

Stripe will be waste high I stole this color combo from another garage on here plus the wife had the ideal of the one white wall...I was going to do it anyway...but I agreed like it was a fresh ideal for buy in

I like the height

of this stripe and this floor is something I'm looking at as a winter project.

This is what it looks like after 5 years of daily use:

The best part is simply hosing it off and then when summer comes vacuuming all the dirt out from under it.

I would do it again!

The darker grey will be better. White always ages and shows dirt. Since this is a daily driver garage it should have been grey/black.

Camp 928 attendees were puzzled over some piers at one end of the new garage. All done now, CO issued.

Fixed the back road with the Unimog, prepared an equipment yard, and will be configuring for snow in the next few weeks. That will correspond to the beginning of wintertime car maintenance.

Hard to compete with a Unimog! I mean the thing can pick up any of our toys and dump em so far in the woods or swamp that we can't even get em out!

Adding some of these Sabre cabinets (uppers) and hoping to get black cabinets with red doors...

Did you know that one of our fellow 928 owners and member here makes some of the coolest garage cabinets on the market?

Check out http://www.conturcabinet.com

I have seen and touched them, and plan to install them in my garage after completion of some other projects.

Thanks Nicole,

Nice cabinets! Way cooler than the Sabres I'm contemplating...

5 acres, new house and workshop, 5 minutes from the gun club.

First step is to convince the wife.
Second step is to convince myself that living under 132kV power lines is not a health risk.
You can see them if you squint hard enough at the picture - about a third in from the left running top to bottom.

Don't care about the house (new built, 4 bed, 2 bath), but that workshop is 24m x 12m (near enough to 80' x 40'), and high enough for a full height lift.
Well, that turned out to be a bust.

I knew the asking price was a little steep, but thought there would be some room to move.
Unfortunately, the vendor was not prepared to come down to the amount that I could swing.

According to the company I used as buyer's agent, there have been no other offers, so as a result it is still on the market.
Maybe I'll call them again in a month or so.
