By now, most GTs probably have cam lobes worn flatter than stock S4.
All about rpms and oil temperature. If the car rarely got run in the "over 5,000 rpm range" and spent most of its life on the open road (passing air through the oil cooler), the cams will show much less wear.
That passive oil cooler wasn't the best idea they had...especially for city traffic conditions. (GTS cams wear like GT cams, also.)

I do too. Just sitting in the sun type of interior degradation. Good sign is the shift ****. They are very thin leather at the **** in order to wrap it properly. It would be frayed beyond belief if it had lots of usage... Ask me how I know...lol

I don't see any signs of a fire at all there. Strut bar looks a little bowed, but that may be an optical illusion. $10,150, a strong result!

If you are seller - my apologies. I have expressed my opinion based on the pictures. No facts to support it.
Engine bay is pristine, headliner near the back of the engine is discolored, loss of hood liner above where leaking fuel lines cause a engine fire to erupt.

Well, whatever the case here, I was impressed that it went for USD 10'150. No doubt a restored GT is a nice car, but this one certainly had some body work needed on top of anything mechanical. It'll be a fun project for someone though!!
