I dont understand the Magnus hate to be honest. He seems like a genuine Porsche enthusiast that achieved his dream by working hard, rags to riches, literally.

I love his vid on youtube where he's blasting around nighttime LA in a 930. Admittedly I think I like it more for the sound and the popping exhaust and all, but still.

He looked at the GTS twice, and made the comment about liking the earlier 928s better because he is being seduced by the GTS fender flairs

I'd really like to see what he'd do to a '78.

And haters gonna hate. (Translation: jealous people say mean things.)

Awesome! Would definitely love to see more 928's out at the next event. If you guys need anything or have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Perhaps you should stop sniffing his ballz. So, you judge people's personal hygiene by their hair style and length of beard? You need to grow up, and get out a little.

Default Magnus Walker checking out the GTS

Everyone has right for his/her opinion, but IMO Mr.Walker deserves the fame he has received. His creations are unique and respect the origins of Porsche motorsports. If he would touch the 'shark any day, it sure would be combination of best technical findings built into early 928 shell with some tasty mods and lightened to the max. Now that would be one 928 I would like to see.

Your GTS looks awesome!
He's also built a multi $100 million dollar apparel brand before Porsches. You should also read about the multi million dollar charity work he and his wife do in the community.

What I find unappealing about Walker, is his appearance. He's grubby looking! His hair's a mess, he looks totally unkempt.

FWIW, I get filthy dirty in the refinery, but I don't stay that way.

Magnus seems to be a died in the wool enthusiast, and for that he is alright by me (not that he needs my endorsement.)

As far as the "look" I attribute it to a combination of what he finds comfortable and branding.

How good is he at branding? Well, everyone seems to know him by sight!

I follow Magnus Walker on social media, I enjoy seeing his post and looking at his cars.. In the last few months I seen him travel to Porsche cars shows in Japan, Europe and many parts of the U.S. .we are all here for the love of Porsche right ? Not to judge an guys appearance, unless your playing on the other "team" . looking forward to seeing the finish 924 Carerra , 924 turbo and hopefully soon and early 928..I would guess he finds the corporate robots wearing golf hats with sunglasses turned upside down backwards just as obscene as the guys who hate his grunge look..lol

Who cares what Magnus Walker looks like?

He's a car guy and that is all that matters.

But, now that I think about it,
the 928 family itself is woefully lacking some sort of an easily-recognized spokesmodel.
Sort of like the opposite of a car snob or a car jerk.
He needs to have really nice teeth, people also dig that, nice teeth I mean.

Hey are any of you people super-hunky? LOL.
Maybe we could have a 928 Hunk contest, you know with trophies and crowns and what not.
Then our 928 Dude could challenge Magnus Walker to some sort of amazing contest, feats of strength, brain power tests, high jumps, maybe archery (that's pretty hard). Also singing. The 928 Dude needs to sing. And play something. Anything except a banjo. I mean nothing against banjoes, but that would be more of a Jeep thing, or maybe for those teens who like to puff lots of black smoke out of diesel pickup trucks. Don't get me wrong, I like Jeeps, I had one and it was OK, except sort of underpowered.
That, obviously, would solve this once and for all. Glad I could help.

For some reason, I read this in the George Steinbrenner voice from Seinfeld.
