Thanks for posting this. It brought back great memories. The 928 is still going strong with over 40k miles on it now.

I think a 600 rwhp can sound how it wants- it's sufficiently built that the incremental difference in flow/power is warranted, and it can back up its bluster.
To me, a raucaus/loud 300hp porsche- unless stripped and/or a track car is a Eurofartcan in my subjective opinion.

FARTcan term comes from ridiculous honda's that will always be jokes, certain stock 928's can do 160 for hours and handle well at that speed. The poser quotient comes from the drivers habits/actions, not the sound from what was once the best car on the road.

My Eurofartcan should arrive today Wow...I had just finished typing the smiley and there was a knock on the door. It's here! One thing is certain, it is VERY well made. The quality of the fabrication and welds are excellent, and the paint is high quality. Looks powder coated. I'm impressed.
It's OK if it's a little loud, so long as it's not deadly

I like mine, Test Pipes (H pipe, basically stock cats cut and replaced with straight tubing) then large resonators and a stainless steel RMB from Devek.
