Default Strange 928 parts....?

..., at least these parts are strange to me, never seen them before, are they fitted to all 928,s ? All the years I,ve owned my car I have,nt seen them mentioned on here, although I stand to be corrected just out of total ignorance ?

I think they are standard on all cars, at least on all S4+ cars. But I thought I had seen some on an 83.

Cars with the front duct work for brakes have these on bottom of A-arms to direct air to brake system/rotors.

..., interesting ? mine has the duct work all perfectly in tact, but no air deflectors, never had them on my car since I bought it 23 years ago, guess they got ripped off when it was a baby ?

The S4 and later cars got those. The S got metal deflectors behind the ducting to the brakes.

Hopefully Mark A. or another experienced rennlister can answer this question definitively.

IIRR it's S thing or more specifically S floating brake caliper thing. In any case lover arm must have two mounting holes for them. Later S4 suspension uses different part as lower arm is different. Aslo mounting hardware is different.
