the water is coming in through the heater duct because the drain for the wet well at the base of the windshield is plugged up with leaves etc...it is a rubber flap on the fire wall about 4 inch x 2 inch on the passenger side....

Thanks, I will definitely take a look and see if I can get that squared away. That's not the only leak but it is the most problematic. I need to seal both the front and back windshields as well as they have both developed slight leaks. Unfortunately the car sat outside unprotected for like 8 months at the car lot where I bought it which meant lots of time for leaks to develop and worsen. Worth the effort to get her back into good running shape though, such a classic car it's sad when they aren't taken good care of but I'm working to remedy that, bit by bit.

Default FIXED!

Great news everyone! Just finished swapping out the proper CE panel from 928 Int and put in the fuel pump relay and the car started up immediately and was running strong! Many thanks to Landseer for noticing this. Haven't taken it out for a spin yet but it will be interesting to see how much better it runs and I'm crossing my fingers maybe the stall issue goes away as well (one can hope).

Landseer, if you are ever in the north Ga area let me know, I owe you a steak dinner!

Thanks for the help on this everyone, I wouldn't be able to do it without the help from forum folks like you. I will update later after I've been able to take it for a proper drive.

Well the stalling issue has not been resolved, although the gremlin population has diminished dramatically. The headlights work fine now, the fresh air blower is working, and overall the car seems happier. Still no heat though and I still need to get into the dash to clean the terminals as the speedometer is still intermittent, but this was still a big step forward. Thanks again!
