Default Dallas CL: S4 5-spd spoiler delete

No affiliation, and I'm not in the market - but this one is worthy of discussion.

I cant read the sticker. I don't think it's Venetian blue. Looks ok but with that bolster, I'm not believing the 64k miles. Sorry. I have a spoiler for the car if someone wants it.

The color code looks like 37B.

Baltic Blue - Taubenblau.
1989 -1990 color.

37B and the "C7" designation on the bottom of the paint sticker would make it Dove Blue Metallic I think. This was also an '89-'90 only color.

VIN says it is an automatic RogerBox

Gorgeous car!

There is one near me, on and again off, for sale. I keep wanting to stop, again.

The instrument cluster is from an automatic car so perhaps this is a 5 speed conversion. Wonder who did the conversion if that's the case? Could be a good driver car, could be a nightmare.

I'm curious about what it is with the instrument cluster that suggests this is or was an auto box.

Wouldn't call it a true spoiler delete. You can see the mounting holes.

It does look like a manual conversion. With the rarity of the 89 manual cars the digital dashes are super hard to find and expensive.

Correct if the vin decodes as an automatic and the dash cluster is an automatic......pretty clear it is a conversion. Question then becomes what style clutch and 5 speed ended up in there ???? Roger needs to "save" this car and put back in the automatic

now that the car has had a conversion it needs to be noted what trans and clutch is in it..... especially if some unsuspecting person buys it

Unfortunately as it's an estate sale many technical details may not be readily available - they may have passed with the owner.

Odd for a claimed 1-owner car to have such a major modification. If only this car could talk, the stories it would tell.
