Leaving tomorrow for this GTG - looks like about 40+ cars booked to attend. Going to visit the great JDS and also Simon the UK parts guy. May also make a visit to rummage around one of the biggest Porsche dismantlers UK.

Spotted Dick with Birds Custard high on the priority list. First thing I will do when we leave Heathrow is find a layby with a food van and have an English cuppa and a bacon butty 8>).

Having acquired a manual GTS in the summer I was looking forward to this meet. Now I'm commuting to San Antonio TX and will miss it :banghead:

Hi folks U/K dark wet damp A/HO. But its November and no snow like you have fcuk me that's deep. just getting ready for trip Oxford to see what the turn out will be . Know no one in the shark 928.org :) .First big run for the old girl after being stood 8 YRS. hope all go well . Will meet Roger Tyson in person after buying goodies of him for car :cheers:

Great day yesterday 22/11/2014 Merry Miller meet . Met Roger Tyson 1st class gent

Spent a very pleasant lunch hour or two today with Roger, Jim Mayzurk and Eric (Roger's relative)

We went to a nice little "pub with food" in a picturesque village, by the River Cam, just out of the city.

We can only hope that someday England will have a 928 owner with a camera. sigh…

Roger's very camera shy so no pictures :-)

Great people, great cars and crap weather.

Good to spend time with Mr. JDS himself. Met some good friends and customers. The orange beast was simply awesome and to meet the owner Phil just icing on the cake.

Delivered parts to Geoff and got to meet the nice fellow!!!
