928 Posters
I have three large art portfolios full of various non-framed paintings and posters. I'm in the process of inventorying all of them with measurements so I can start framing a lot of these.
I finished the last one today, which contains all my 928 posters, decided to share them. This is going to get expensive, the first portfolio has 51 items in it, I want to frame at least half of them.....
The first five are about 23x17 in size on more of a hard stock vs thin poster paper.
The next three are more like "traditional" posters
The last four are 30x40 in size, the first one - the black S4 - was a dealership poster. I had four other 928 dealer posters like this from other years that were lost in a flood.

Porsche has a history of using custom plates for press cars. S-EX was a series they used in the 70ies or early 80ies, and S-GO was a more recent one. (S stands for Stuttgart)
When I lived there, all cars registered to Weissach had BB-PW, where BB stands for County of Böblingen (which is what Weissach belongs to), and you can figure out the rest.

Are you going to matte and frame them yourself?
Some of my favorites are Ron Perry's work, that dual exposure that show the engine that Rob has is a great one.
Some links, not real 928 specific.

I've thought about it, but all the price checks I've done haven't come out much cheaper doing it myself VS. having Hobby Lobby do them.
I just want a very simple, low profile metal frame for them all with Plexiglas.
The cost of having the 30x40's mounted exceeds the frame costs, I cannot do that part myself unless I find a cheap, used press to do the mounting.
I'm open to any ideas since like I said, I have at least 100 pieces I would like to frame eventually.
Quiet you....
Those first 5 are part of a series I always thought were put out by the factory. I think there are at least 12+ total, trying to get them all without spending a fortune.

I had a pair of pics of my GTS blown up to 20x30 (as big as shutterfly goes, IIRC) for about $23 per, and ended up buying basic black frames off of Amazon. For your 23x17's, the corresponding 24 x 18" frames would be $26 a pop. Not low profile metal, but neutral and acceptable for garage art.
The 30 x 40's get more expensive, quickly, I'd guess due to the hassle of shipping big pieces of plexi:
