928 euro owner's manual
 

for the 928 euro owner's , is your owner manual in english and does it describe everything that's different from the u.s. model ? i.e.: the fader control beside the handbrake arm , etc.
or is it the same manual than for the u.s. ?

AM - I have the 1982 Edition (# WKD 470 720) that came with my car. It is in English but seems targeted specifically for the Euro car. The manual shows many of the Euro type features 'ZZZ' in VIN, headlight aiming knob (they even go so far as to describe what position to set the headlight adjustment knob based on load condition of the car ie. #people, luggage etc...) ,rear fog light switch, H4 headlights, Engine codes listed are only for Euro 928 (M28.09/10) and 928S (M28.11/12). There is mention of the sealed beam 7" headlights "for some export models only". I've never seen a US Drivers Manual so I don't know if they are the same. I'd be surprised if they were. I'd be interested to find out.

I've got the original manual in German and an '81 US manual to help translate. The US does not cover Euro features, nor vice-versa. I'm surprised, and envious, of Paul's manual. Would that be for the UK then?

Mine is likes Paul's ...cept I spilled car freshener juice on it. doh! No foul, still works tho, reads similar
