Oil leak near tensioner...need help to isolate

I've had good luck with s smear of Hylomar on that bolt. I think. I don't notice any leakage anyway. I also use it on the bolts into the water jacket, or teflon thread sealing paste. Both seem to work fine for that. I won't argue with Greg's thinking though. A guy that has to guarantee that every job works correctly and doesn't leak has a bigger experience history than I do.
It's not my "nickel" if we put a new bolt in the tensioner....it's just another small item on the invoice. However it is certainly my nickel if it leaks. Plus that I have to clean the mess up and re-tension the cam belt.
On top of that logic, all the encapsulated bolts that Porsche uses are considered to be a one time use item.
Every tensioner I touch gets a new one.
