I'll be designing another brake swap for my twin using it's "S" spindles....
996T calipers will fit where the S4 and GTS blacks fail.
Dins and I will develop The axle swap too for the later cars.... Cruel but fair...

Hey there Sporty!
How big can the rotors be for these calipers?

Are those ATE rotors? I used to run those on my old track 944 and loved them.

ATE Cayenne 330 rotors have 62 mm rotor sweep depth.....exact match for the 996T brake pads. Just finished a few sets of adapters for the 951.

And yes, Dinsdale does Great work and execution of his builds. I want a Piranha badge on my V12 hood. I'll see if I can get ahold of the guy that copied my 948 build as he made some beautiful 948 hood badges......

We definitely need some PORTOYCHEV badges to complete the look!

That badge is fantastic. Would the maker be open to doing others?

You do realize that there is a Chevy symbol in there lol?
You can ask on 944hybrids, someone is making another badge set a little different.
I like the AMG or BMW V12 rear badges.

Already doing the mock-ups for the 996T calipers......Gotta keep something besides the frame Porsche....

It did not escape my notice.

Just intrigued that there's someone out there that can make a custom cloisonne badge. Would be something I'd try to convince Greg to have made for his shop.

Also intrigued that Chevrolet and/or Porsche have not yet sent out a cease and desist, by registered mail....

Well if you're a tax payer, you own Chevy. And VW would be sending the CND letter...

If VW is watching, send me a W12 and I'll stab it in one of their Porsches.

Look for the best swap on Rennlist and ask who built it, There's your answer, Sporty.

Yeah, were I to commission an LSx-928, I'd pick up Hwy 35 out of Alvin and roll on down to Dinsdale's shop. No question.

On the west coast I'd talk to Larry Ewart (Aspkiller, here on RL). Though we haven't heard much from him lately.
