Default cam sprocket

I have been refreshing the front of my motor TB/WP...etc. I have replaced all the sprockets (Cams, Oil & Crank gears) I noticed that my vehicle only had one of these (92810546001 Rotor Trim) behind the passenger side cam sprocket.

PET says there should be two (one on each side). I've looked at pics of other motors and I can't see one on the drivers side.
Any thoughts

PET is incorrect - there is only one on the right side.
