Interesting they talk about it as though it is a US spec car but has a ROW vin and lights. It is an auto and unique color combo why do you think it will sell for so little with the mileage?

Found it listed on autotrader for $39900 Cad. He has the service records too... Unfortunately they are in Japanese.

Just to add one more data point on the low end, I snagged an 84 with 102K miles on it a few weeks back for $2700. It sat on Craigslist for maybe a month or two at $3K before I decided to go drag it home. For that money, I got a car that started and ran (I drove it onto the trailer and backed it off again at home). On the plus side, the engine sounded spectacular and didn't seem to smoke and pretty much everything worked (alternator was a problem). On the down side (and part of the reason I got it so cheaply), the car had sat since 2010, the alternator wasn't working well and the car had to be jumped, the tires were in seriously bad condition (cracked), the interior is like jerky, and the clearcoat has a bad case of New Mexico leprosy.
Still, compared to the cost for my 911s, I think the 928 represents enormous value. After finally getting the fuel lines replaced and new tires on her, I got to take the 928 for her first real test drive yesterday. I kept thinking "Holy cow, this car runs great...why haven't I gotten one sooner?"
