BTW, I'm currently at $7817 including new rotors and calipers (upgrading to 330's and wilwoods on the front, S4 rotors and wilwoods on the rear) and rebuilding steering rack. Wasn't really planning on doing those, but they needed it. Closing in on the $10k budget, but most of the big stuff is done. Prob gonna run a little over but not by much.

Nice engine fit.
The turbo is not mounted to the engine?, its ridged mounted to the frame? How will the exhaust handle engine movement?

If you look closely you can see braided flex couplings in the exhaust pipes

Turbo system finished next comes muffler and tailpipe. Built a new alternator bracket to relocate it. Mounting wilwood sand cayenne rotors with xschop brackets. Gonna need spacers for my wheels though. Probly be awhile for next update. Gotta get blue car finished up now that front bumper is ready
