Default Seat 4-way switch temp fix?

To anyone who has a switch that doesn't move the seat, fore/aft up/down etc., these switches seem to fail at the most inappropriate moment.
Try this, remove the surround and blast the inner of the switch with something like WD40 which is what I used, my pass seat wouldn't move forward but worked straight away after the treatment and the whole switch had a better feel to it, that was 4 weeks ago

Maybe I'm just delaying the time till I need a new switch but at the time I needed to get 4 in the car and the pass seat was all the way back.

I bought 2 sets of used S4/GTS seats last winter, to do an upgrade/restoration for my car. I have several 4 way switches available for sale - all good and tested. Up/down, front/back, lumbar, and maybe even heat. $30 each.
