Need Photos - '90 Linen and '90 Cashmere Leather
Hi All,
I need some interior shots of both the "Linen" and "Cashmere Beige" leather used in 1990. I thought my interior was linen, but I'm not so sure now....
TIA!

It may be a color called "Silk Gray." When I had my front seats re-done I sent a leather sample to Rob Budd so he could match the color. I too thought I had a Linen interior but the swatch was definitely not Linen. I went with Silver Gray as the color for the front seats as it was as close as I could get. I'll see if I have any shots laying about.

Here are some good chart with codes: http://www.worlduph.com/samples/porlea1.htm and http://www.leathermagic.com/Pages/porschecolrchart.htm
From what I remember of your interior Rob it is definitely closer to Cashmere Beige now... What does a protected area look like?

Thanks Guys.
Pics needed for "relative" appearance, not exact colour match.
Reason I'm asking is I received my care package from Color Plus, and the swatch provided seems (to me) a bit too dark. However, based on the samples in the links Martin provided, it isn't likely anything else.
Martin, BTW, that's the reason I'm redoing the seats this winter....definitely not Cashmere Beige by design.

Excellent.
Thanks Ryan.
(Very Nice by the way).
The colour swatch I've got is really deceptive. On it's own, it appears darker than what it should, but when laid up on the clean original, it's exactly right.....
Now, on the to task at hand......

Here's some linen interiors from a couple different 1990 928s. Linen paint and interior were pretty much in the '90-91 928s & 911s only as a standard available color. I used to have a 1990 911 cab with that color combo & almost bought a '90 928 of the same.

Thanks to all!
MJW, Some of those shots look very familiar....the rear amp enclosure is the giveaway. I'm pretty sure that's my car once upon a time.....

I think it may be. Those pix look exactly like my 91GT, which is listed as Cashmere Beige. However, when I had my driver seat bolster panel replaced, I got the leather from Paul Champagne and I believe he said it was Champagne II. He made that call from a pic I emailed him and the match was perfect.
