Updating this. I was able to raise needed funds without having to sell car. Hopefully it won't go back up for sale anytime soon(ever).

Ouch! Probably among the least desirable reasons to have to sell. Our prayers are with your wife.

The car looks great and sounds like good deal for someone ready to finish installing all the parts you have. Like wives, cars are an ongoing labor of love. Good luck with the sale!
