Richard-

The VIN tag on the A-pillar under the windshield is the country-specific VIN, so the JB0 is the VBS-code for a US/Canada -spec car. I'm guessing the WP0ZZZ number you list is the one from the passenger side fender in the engine compartment?

Rob Edwards 01-14-2014 01:46 PM

A joke. :) 302 = Type designation on rear end = '928S4' sticker on the right side of the rear bumper.

Mine is missing original steering wheel and Radio. Although it has style 90 wheels on it. Was that an option as well??

Rob Edwards 01-14-2014 02:21 PM

Design 90 wheels weren't an option in '88. My understanding is they were standard starting on '90 GT's and were optional on '90 S4's.

richvm 01-14-2014 02:26 PM

OUHH.. duhh..that's why style90! Sorry for my dumb question.

Thank you again and all the best,
Rich

Rob Edwards 01-14-2014 02:36 PM

You're welcome!

'90 option list and pricing: Looks like D90's were a no-cost option.
