Thanks Scott! I won’t make this year but definitely plan on it next year. BTW, I’ve pretty much gutted the interior to trace 2 after market and one factory alarm causing a no start...mostly sorted and driving now.....

Thanks, David

09991 means a Porsche Exclusiv order and only them can provide the details of their work.

Yeah, everything that's in the PET database was listed in my post. If you have a good working relationship with a Porsche dealer in their PPN system maybe they can see additional information there (?) I tend to doubt it but certainly worth asking if you have a contact.

I believe 09991 means it was an Exclusive option that could be installed on the standard production line (like special center caps). 09981 designates an Exclusive option that required the whole car to be transported to the Exclusive Department facility.

Hi Rob,
I've joined the forum to ask you the info that you have about the 1989 928S4 with VIN WP0JB0926KS860317.
I think it is a Canadian car but it is currently on sale in Europe.
I think to buy another Porsche, after a 1971 911S targa and a 1989 944S2.
Thanks in advance and kind regards.

Decoder says it's a manual, but it's not. What do you say?

Default Hello, can someone please decode this vin WP0JB0926JS860543

Hello, I have just purchased this 88 s4 from Washington State. I got no records with it what so ever. Even the options tag is missing. I was hoping that someone out there can look at the vin and tell me what the options are for this car.

The vin is : WP0JB0926JS860543. It is Diamond blue/Dark blue and is one of the prettiest 928s I have ever seen. We all have our own that we lust after and I fell hard for this one.

Here is a pic

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
