Note that these are equipment codes, not options. This means that some of them were not selected by the person who ordered the car. They were used to select the right parts for the right car, nothing less or more.

Regarding the brake pads, I think that this equipment code used for a temporary period during some markets would allow brake pads with abestos when others not. This needs to be confirmed.
