Dash plaque is missing. Supposedly its 182. No one trusts this seller and the plot thickens with the fact the car was red on the previous title (but is bronze under floor mats and the back carpet). Options code is missing AND THE CAR HAS A SUNROOF!

Thoughts??

The VIN you listed, WP0JA0923CS821608 - What VIN # is stamped in the cutout of the right front fender just forward of the coolant reservoir? The options code sticker didn't begin until late in '83 production. Is it a factory sunroof or aftermarket?

You know, I got scared there for a sec

It would appear to be a factory sunroof to me as it is motorized and has a matching sun shade.

Well, the last 8 digits of the A-pillar and fender VINs match, so that's good. And the PET database is occasionally wrong, it's likely that they just missed adding the sunroof to the options list.

That VIN does list the Weissach option, so it's likely the real deal, just been through a paint job or two.
