Overall that appears pretty much correct.
But this car definitely has the factory alarm...
(frankly I don't recall ever seeing a 928 without it).
Any idea why so few have the alarm code listed..?

For the US market cars, the M533 option is only listed for 1980-88 US models, and 1980-1989 ROW models. Nearly 20,000 cars in all. I assume that all 89-95 cars had alarms as standard, so they didn't bother listing them (?)

The alarm system was standard from 1989 MY, but an option before, at least for most markets.

The rubstripes were not listed for the RoW 1989 GTs. Some cars have them, some don't.
According to the specific boooklet of the model, they were supposed to be made without. But as usual, it was possible to have them also.
