1994 GTS auto FS $40K

I've had my '94 listed at $40k forever and no one has ever shown the slightest interest despite its 58k miles (had like 44k miles when I first listed it) and many, many concours wins. SO, I have to say my experience selling 928's is far less rosy than you guys are talking about. Hell, I have a decent high miles '89 for cheap that no one wants.
Like Nicole, I LOVE the deviated piping color! I also love a tan interior in a 928. You don't see it often in the later cars at all. Very cool! Hope you get every damn penny of $40k for this car!!! I think the miles will really get folks attention and GTS's are just F*ing AWESOME cars!! 928's have gone up in value of late, but still lag well behind the 993's...

Okay. Okay. I've seen the error of my ways. Today I took the terminal cover off the bench, placed it in position and secured it in place with the screw on post cover. Next, I slid the windshield washer reservoir cap up the windshield washer reservoir neck, where it slid down, and properly secured it. Then I turned the front wheels straight, thereby eliminating the upside down steering wheel issue and to cap that off, I started the car and turned the rear wiper off with the console switch instead of turning off the ignition while the rear wiper was still moving.
I should have known better than to try to get away with these issues on this forum.
Serious question: should the rear wiper reset to its resting position when the ignition is turned off while the wiper it is still in motion?

Thanks Rob. I thought it was just me. Now that all of my Rennl-issues have been taken care of, I feel like a new man. I need to get a few more pics out there, now that I'm on a roll. Hint: the first one is easy. I know. I know. Take care of all the issues...
BTW, while you're all busy working on this new batch of pictures, I thought I'd add that the car comes with the service history from original (prior) owner, original window sticker, a new timing belt / water pump replacement (or credit towards sale price), and the PSD unit has just been serviced and flushed.

Both belly pans in place, clearly not many routine oil changes done on this one...

Nice work, MrLexse!!! I did not mean to put down (nor have I ever doubted) your manliness in any way; I was just trying to give you some hints on how you can avoid questions about the perfect care of this beautiful baby. Obviously, the "upside-down steering wheel" was a bit tongue in cheek, and I know that the rear wiper doesn't normally reset the way it was shown on your pictures.
BTW: My wipers stop where they are when you turn off the ignition.

I dunno guys - if I forget to put on something that should be there, I hear it. If I remember to put something on that belongs there, I hear it. Tough crowd!

All in all, that is a beautiful car and seem like a fair price, to the right buyer.

Hey Denny, the benefits of a black car are that you can wrap one in vinyl ANY COLOR YOU WANT and it will look good as no one will even notice that the engine bay and door hinge and hatch hinge areas are not the same color as the car! Well, if the wrap is of good quality and done well they won't even notice! Folks can't believe either my '95 or '93 are wraps! Just blows them away!

But I couldn't justify the $2K or whatever a wrap costs. That's nearly half or more the cost of a bottom feeder driver. I'd just as soon find a color other than black. I'd even be okay with white if I could find a reliable S4 driver at a good price.
