No error on POST #1 - show me where you sell a full set of factory BERU 87 to 95 ignition wires???
Your wires are definitely not Beru as Beru only manufacture Black or Red.
You need to better understand the parts you sell.

Roger, you are correct we do not use Beru 7mm cable.

Our manufacturer buys genuine Beru connectors for both ends of the wires, and then we upgrade to platinum cured silicone wire. The stock wire is 7mm. We go with 7.5mm for the added insulation, and it still fits in the wire keepers.

Again - I really hesitated to say anything at all, but I really felt that John Q Public would read your post the way I did: that 928MS does not have Spark Plug Wires with Genuine Beru connectors. That is not true.

I understand you are separating us by using Beru 7mm wire to our 7.5mm wire. I get it. Just wanted to be sure others also knew.

Carl - it is pretty simple - I am offering the FACTORY OEM BERU WIRE SET EXACTLY AS SUPPLIED TO PORSCHE FOR FITMENT TO THE CAR WHEN NEW - complete with all spacers and additional insulation.
NOT AFTERMARKET - you have great wire sets but THEY ARE NOT BERU OEM FULL FACTORY SETS.

I've said enough. I think they all understand your distinction now.

Cheers

Roger, im just curious of whats different from your bosch 85-88 ignition coils and Rock auto's IC. theres is listed as bosch but at $58.

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/more...321&cc=1376209

If you want to see the price you will have to navigate through their website and find the IC through the drop down lists. Thanks

Probably a question you need to ask RockAuto.

Buying anything Bosch from a "generic" source (like Rock Auto) is a crap shoot. You may or may not actually be getting a "real" Bosch part, or a new one.

Caveat Emptor - where you buy something is just as important as what you buy, sometimes more so.

Some parts should not be purchased based on cost alone. I will only buy Bosh parts from a known vendor associated with this site or my local Bosch Authorized service center.

Do ignition coils typically go bad? I heard they're fairly robust. Kept me from buying new ones when I swapped my ignition wires which were terrible. They had baked for so long they weren't even pliable anymore. One snapped when I bent it.
