FS: 928 Extended Hub Steering Wheel SOLD!
This is a genuine Porsche 928 extended hub steering wheel in black. It should fit any pre-airbag 928.
The leather is in very good condition, with the only flaws being some frayed stitching near the hub.
Mechanically, the hub, horn and turn signal canceling tab are also in great shape
It has been regularly treated with Leatherique, and can easily re-dyed using a Color Plus or other solution to match your interior.
This is a fairly uncommon accessory. Counter-intuitively, this wheel benefits very tall drivers, as it lets them extend their legs, and not have to sit too far forward to reach the wheel. I got it because I am 6’5” and it really helped seating position and headroom ( as I could sit more reclined)
Price: $200 + Shipping, OBO. Paypal preferred. I can bring it to the Carolinas DE this weekend if anybody is interested, and if you want additional pictures or information, just ask.

I have to agree with Ken. It is amazing how much the (just) 30mm extension helps in seating position. I added an extended hub to my wheel and it was like night and day. I am 6'4" with extra-ordinarily long legs. Best investment in comfort when on the track for me. (The track seat also didn't hurt.) That is a good price for an extended hub wheel. GLWS.

I think I can attest to the condition of the wheel, as I believe it originally came from my '89 S4. I replaced this wheel with a 930 extended hub wheel. Even though I'm only 5'8", I found the extended hub wheel was great for track driving, as it brought the wheel back closer to the chest, the preferred high performance driving position. Always wore gloves when driving, so it has no 'sweat' from me - ha!
Good luck with the sale Ken.

Sold! Thanks Shawn!
And thank you Gary, Livio and Colin for the kind words!
Yes it was off Gary's 89. And it is too rare and too useful to be sitting in a bag on my shelf. Glad it is going to a good home.
