need help with identifying engine noise

Need help identifying the noise as the engine is turned off in the video below.

Hard to tell from such a short sound clip.

Did you shut if off or did it die?

Can you let it run longer for a better listen?

Is the air filter/air filter box is removed?
It sounds like something I have heird in the past.
I think when the air box was removed.
