Default recoloring of sunfaded hatch cover?

My hatch cover was originally navy blue but is now more like sky blue.

What are my options? I would prefer if there was some kind of spraycan product that would give its original color back. Anyone know?

I took the material off and ran it through the washer (gentle cycle) with Ritz dye. It worked very well. I later went with an alcantara fabric otherwise I'd post pics.

It would be possible to re-dye it but there's great chance that the material is quite weak and will tear soonner or later.

Sun and time are hard on these.

I used SEM fabric paint. Color was dull purple and now is dark brown. Not sure if they carry navy blue.
