Engine Install almost done, need help with last connections

The engine is back in the car following head work, harness replacement, major cleaning and software replacement.
There are still a couple of connections that need to be made that I did not document well on the removal. I searched and found the vacuum diagram for an 82, but it hasn't help answer the questions below:
1. Does the coolant connection on top of cylinder 4 goto the T connection on the passenger side where the line off of the thermostat housing goes? ( see picture 1)
2. The vacuum hose that comes off the bottom of the throttle body on the passenger side splits into two. I think one of those lines goes to the AC Aux air valve. Is this correct and where does the second line go?
3. What is the round, black rubber thing with the two different size connections and what does is hook up to? It is on the passenger side just aft of the shock mount.it has a hose attached the bottom that runs into the passenger fender well. (see picture 2)
Thanks for help!

The Aux AC valve should have a line running to the intake below the throttle body and one to filtered air. So when the AC is on the idle RPM is increased by supplying air behind the closed throttle body.
That black plastic diaphragm on the right side fender is for the fuel tank vent, the larger hose goes into the intake (to burn off vented Fuel fumes), a smaller line should go to a temp controlled vacuum source to turn it on.
This may help some,
