They look right, but my originals don't have the same super extended ID. All the ones I've checked are the same, so this one in the pics below isn't worn.
ID = 10.13mm and OD = 25.05mm. The ones you show seem to be a bit smaller?
Apologies that mine isn't as blingy as yours ..

Thanks Dave- The two in my pic, I have no idea where they came from, they were in my last bucket of plating. They may not even be Porsche bits, I can't think of where on the car they would go....
Their ID is about right for the holes in the new liners but I think the OD is too small, they measure 18mm OD. If your originals are 25, then I'll order a set from Porsche.
They're (the washers) still available, though the plastic plug things that go across the lower edge on the outer frame rail are now NLA. BTW, how many of those plugs are there on your car? Looks like there should be four based on the holes in the liners.

My old liners had the four matching holes in both LH and RH sides, but strangely the new LH (PSD) liner was missing the front hole, and I had to drill it. I guess it was just missed in manufacture. Notice the difference in Arnouds before and after pics in post #27 ... 4 plugs before ... 3 after.
They're a standard looking plug, so I would think they wouldn't be hard to match.

Washer wise I re-used all the ones that where there = original ones, while renewing all the screws (from a local Finnish auto store i.e. non Porsche, however very nice freshly yellow zinc plated ones fitting perfectly).
Post-edit: no need to answer, you already did as per "above" post #32...I am just slow today...

I put nutserts in those holes and used M6 screws; like the ones in your picture Arnoud. I had 98 nutserts left after I fixed the 2 stripped-out aft belly pan mounting holes. Now, I only have 90 remaining to find a use for

Got in a supply of new blingy rear wheelwell washers.
I'm interested to see how much difference the liners make, dB-wise. Need to go out and cruise at various speeds, before and after the install. Have dB-meter, will report back.

Finally installed the new GTS liners yesterday- couple of notes:
Since my GTS has been apart before for painting, it was missing the 928 505 523 00 angle brackets on the right rear. Rather than waiting a month for replacements, I used a pair of regular 90-degree angle brackets from Ace. Also didn't have any spare 999 591 487 02 B5.5 speed nuts, turns out the 999 571 487 02 (for coolant reservoir) must also be B5.5, as they work fine too:
Left side fitment:
Front half
Rear half
Outer edge fitment:
Note the misalignment of holes for the push-pins (928 504 375 02):

Bump on this one...
Just installed my right rear at Sean's the other day. He actually happen to have the angle braket I was missing half way up the fender well (Rob's pic further up on this page of the thread).
Couple of questions. Both sides of my liners have been missing a massive chunk in the rear and I had no idea I even needed an angle bracket on the right.
First. Is there an angle bracket on the left?? When Sean did the new PSD resv and flush, half the liner just crumbled apart. There isn't anything left of it aft of about half way...
Second. Does anyone have a good source for for the push in clips that hold everything inboard? I noticed on the left there are now 3 instead of 4. I cannibalized a couple from the left to complete the job on the right. Now I've got one or 2 left. I'm assuming I could match them up at ACE? Not sure if Home Depot is that specialized when it comes to clips, etc...
Thx a bunch!!!

2. Not sure over there, but I didn't have any trouble sourcing a replacement for the push clips .. common size and profile.

I bought a couple of possible black liner push-clip replacements (made by Dorman) at the local Pep Boys, haven't had a chance to try to fit them. Will do so and report back.

I bought mine at O'Reilly's - easy to find.
