Hi all -

Got word from Nicole that Anders will be in town later this month and 07/22 (Monday) looks like our best opportunity to get together for a little karting action. Would any local 928er's like to join us? It's been a few years since our last 928 hotshoe showdown.

Date: July 22, 6pm?

It's $45/driver for the combo race package which consists of a 10 min. practice session, 5 min. qualifying and a 15 min. race. Total time is usually about an hour including the driver's briefing. There's also a $20 license that you have to buy if you haven't raced there recently.

We also usually get pizza afterwards which gives us all the opportunity to tell our battle stories. Everyone's invited for karting and/or pizza. George's pics from our last adventure

Good idea! I could be interested. Fremont is far from work for me though. There are 2 karting places nearer to SFO also.

Last month on the last Seattle trip, the youngin's at work decided that all of our Eng group should go Karting.

Bad idea.



They said it was no fair I race cars, I said it was no fair I couldn't put another 110lbs in their cars.

Yes, 7pm is still available. If that gives people more time to get to Fremont, that would be perfectly OK w/ me.
