I have to give Hans some Kudo's, I've been running the 12" Shallow sub he offers in my car now for a few months in the Sharkwoofer enclosure and this thing just can't be beat. I cant' wait to hear how these 6.5"'s sound.

I think I still have one or two sets, but will order another case of drivers this afternoon. Shoot me a PM or email if you want a set.
Thanks

For those of you who ordered a set of these in the last week or so, there was a tiny delay, in that the odd sized box required for sending these took longer to get into the depot than my box people expected. Just got the call they are ready for pickup, so rear speaker kits will start shipping out tomorrow. If you would like a tracking number, shoot me an email with your information to hans (at) projectninellc (dot) com, and I will enter it in the Fedex system so you will receive updates.
Thanks

What about the 89+ cars?
<edit> Nevermind, I found an old thread about the difficulties in mounting aftermarket speakers in the 89+ round speaker grille cars. Looks like I'll have to do some modifications to get a decent set of speakers back there.

Two questions ...the sticky foam tape goes around the insert where it contacts grill shell or in front of insert where it contacts grill shell... Also i wasn't paying allot of attention when disconnecting wires but looks like I had 4 wires connected to the old speaker? ...I assume either a set of the wires or one of each wire is no longer needed or I should duplicate what was constructed on the old speaker? Any help is appreciated

Jim,
Sorry for the late response. The foam tape is to be installed inside the factory grill frame (adhesive doesnt stick well to the HDPE used for the adapters). Screw the Earthquake driver into the back of the adapter, and then the assembly fits in to the grill shell with the foam tape. Re-use the factory mounting screws to hold the entire assembly in the B-pillar. When screwing the assembly into the B-pillar, everything will draw tight, and the foam tape will compress creating a good seal.
Hope that helps,
Hans
