Things I need to concentrate on, not necessarily in this order:
-surging idle
-growling power steering pump
-stiff throttle pedal, hard to press
-rear seat belts won't come out of retractor....my kids really want to ride with me.
-learn everything I can about the car.
-timing belt, water pump change
-tune-up

The back seat belts aren't all that hard to do.

You can get to them by taking off the back seat side panel. It's easier to get at if you take the back seat cushions out (Is 'cushions' the right word?).

The seat belts are held in by two bolts, and can be removed and cleaned. The ratchet mechanism in mine was very gunged up, a quick cleaning and a little bit of light grease and I was good to go.
