How fast have you had it up to?

On way to Outer Banks w/ Co-Pilot keeping a look way ahead with Binoculars, 142 mph in the Carrera w/o whaletail and very light in the rear, made me nervous.
928S, similar very safe stretch of road 135 approx., very stable by comparison, ran out of road.

Fastest in 928-Allegedly 130 but I think that allegedly was speedo error with 18" so I would say 125. Was allegedly too windy on alleged uphill bridge over alleged Robert Moses Causeway...

Not necessarily the fastest speed I have ever seen in mine, but one of my proudest achievements was a six hour elapsed time from the San Francisco area to my home in the southern San Diego area, with an average speed of 88 mph. This average included one refueling stop along the way. It was after Devek Days, I was tired and ready to be home. The high speed kept my attention on the road and adrenaline level up. This is EXACTLY what these cars were built for.

I seem to recall about 242km/h on a quiet stretch of country road, speed was extrapolated from the revs. I was impressed with stability and the speed that I got there, just shuffle up through the box and let it run out in 5th and voila! 242 km no stress

Middle of the night on the 101 last year I got my bone stock 81 auto to go 140. Mind you there was no traffic and the nearest set of tail lights was 2 miles ahead of me...
