No need to be a jerk. And I think you're being unreasonable. If custom partsmakers had your attitude nothing revolutionary would ever get made. I'm trying to be openminded; not blindly, either. This, to me, is an acceptable amount of risk (I'd say comparable to me receiving a defective Behr unit). Clearly you will never buy an aluminum radiator. I'm going to give it a shot. And if it breaks, I'll be the first to say you told me so. Ok?

That makes you and Carl the "match made in heaven".

I'm happy for both of you.

I know that PET indicates this:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but technically that radiator only fits 90-91 5-speeds. Every GTS needs the left-side cooler radiator whether 5-speed or Auto (unless the '92 had no transaxle cooler or the transaxle cooler was an option?)

The 5 speed GTS only uses the cooler above the radiator....thus no coolers.

!@#$%$

Yup. I just went and looked at my GTS. It's a no-side-cooler sure enough.

I'm obviously getting too senile to work on 928s.

I sure hope those oil hoses never leak.
