fuel delivery testing
Can someone please confirm for me, the fuel delivery test point?
Quoting from a Bosch publication "WSM Porsche K-Jetronic"
"Test Point for 928: Disconnect the fuel line from the
fuel distributor which leads to the gas tank (see
Component Location) . Connect a temporary fuel line
with an appropriate fitting (M 14 x 1 .5) to the outlet on
the fuel distributor."
They are suggesting that a 2 pump 928 should deliver 1360cc from the fuel distributor 'return' line, in 30 secs.
My 81S way exceeds this from the delivery line, but falls short from the return line?
